THE TEAM – OUR GREATEST STRENGTH
Different experiences – shared values. This combination builds a well-integrated team, ready and willing to support our partners in all kinds of projects.

Andrzej Przesmycki
Andrzej Przesmycki
For over 20 years he has managed investment projects in large international corporations. In 2016, he started building the Project Management brand, embodying the values he considers crucial: the highest organizational standards and continuous development. Aside from his knowledge and experience, Andrzej brings into the company the atmosphere of partnership, mutual inspiration and friendly relations. He strives to take a bird’s eye view of every issue – after all, he is an aviation aficionado: a pilot with PPL(A) license, a third-class glider pilot and aviation instructor, holding the FI(A) license.

Marcin Sokołowski
Marcin Sokołowski
The numerous projects led by Marcin included the construction of office complex Varso Place in Warsaw, with Europe's tallest skyscraper, as well as of the new building of the Arctowski Polish Antarctic Station. If one day he decides to visit the Station and bring his family along, certainly his analytical thinking skills and exceptional problem-solving ability would be useful.

Kaja Sawicka
Kaja Sawicka
She has been building the PM Predevelopment department since 2019. As project manager, she uses her strong skills in team management and effective process coordination, which are especially relevant during the preparatory phase of construction projects.
Kaja values activity and extraordinary challenges – she can easily organize and lead a six-month expedition to South America, or take her husband and children on an off-road rally. As participants, obviously.
