
Project Management Group is an international team of several dozen industry experts. In result of our activities, we have already executed several hundred projects, which had been implemented by closely cooperating teams and their leaders in Poland, the Baltic countries and Eastern Europe (through an office in Vilnius) as well as in South-eastern Europe (through an office in Bucharest).

Andrzej Przesmycki
The founder and CEO of Project Management Group. Andrzej is an engineer, holder of diplomas from the Civil Engineering Faculty in Olsztyn, the Warsaw-based Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Marketingu (College of Management and Marketing) and the Szkoła Wyższa Służby Pożarniczej (Main School of Fire Service).
For over 20 years he has managed investment projects in large international corporations. In 2016, he started building the Project Management brand, embodying the values he considers crucial: the highest organizational standards and continuous development. Aside from his knowledge and experience, Andrzej brings into the company the atmosphere of partnership, mutual inspiration and friendly relations. He strives to take a bird’s eye view of every issue – after all, he is an aviation aficionado: a pilot with PPL(A) license, a third-class glider pilot and aviation instructor, holding the FI(A) license.

Marcin Sokołowski

Marcin Sokołowski
Engineer, graduate of the sanitary engineering at the Opole University of Technology. Having gained more than 10 years of professional experience as designer and site engineer, in 2016 he joined the new Project Management team.
The numerous projects led by Marcin included the construction of office complex Varso Place in Warsaw, with Europe's tallest skyscraper, as well as of the new building of the Arctowski Polish Antarctic Station. If one day he decides to visit the Station and bring his family along, certainly his analytical thinking skills and exceptional problem-solving ability would be useful.

Kaja Sawicka

Kaja Sawicka
Graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. She specialized in environment protection and gained her professional experience in large companies operating in the waste management sector.
She has been building the PM Predevelopment department since 2019. As project manager, she uses her strong skills in team management and effective process coordination, which are especially relevant during the preparatory phase of construction projects.
Kaja values activity and extraordinary challenges – she can easily organize and lead a six-month expedition to South America, or take her husband and children on an off-road rally. As participants, obviously.

Miłosz Wiesiołek

Miłosz Wiesiołek
Licensed architect, project manager, graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Białystok University of Technology, postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology (Urban Planning and Spatial Planning) and the Warsaw School of Economics (Project Management). He has 15 years of experience in architectural design and construction process management. He was involved in many Polish and international projects, such as Europe's tallest residential building Zlota 44, the COVID Temporary Hospital, The Emiri Tribune for the Qatar National Day, and hotel projects: Narvil, Jachranka.
With experience gained in almost all roles and at every stage of the investment process, he is a valuable team leader and project manager.
Artur Roszkowski

Artur Roszkowski
He has 18 years of experience in construction industry as a project manager, investor supervision inspector, construction manager, or works manager. His most important projects include the construction of the Varso Place office and hotel complex in Warsaw with the tallest building in the EU, the Zlota 44 apartment building, the National Stadium, a modern diagnostic laboratory in Warsaw for DIAGNOSTYKA, and a production and warehouse facility in Warsaw for Lambud. He was involved in many foreign projects, i.e. in the UK, USA and Serbia, where he managed the construction and renovation of a hospital. At Project Management Group, he currently performs the role of coordinator of industry inspectors and develops technical supervision services under the PM Construction Supervision brand.

After graduating from the Bialystok University of Technology, he got involved in the development of his family architecture firm, which had been operating for 30 years. For a long time, he led the team of structural engineers, and for the past 15 years he has dealt mostly with management of projects and development. He has completed projects for such clients as Panattoni, Auchan, PKN Orlen or Fabryki Mebli Forte.

Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He has been handling various construction projects for over 20 years, acting as project engineer, client representative, designer, coordinator or project manager.
He holds several licenses, including professional engineering licenses in civil engineering and in construction of roads, bridges, marine hydrotechnical structures, as well as road designer license. He has successfully managed numerous demanding construction projects, from warehouses, supermarkets, fuel and service stations, through hospitals and restaurants, to office buildings and luxury hotels.

Sebastian Stan
Architectural engineer, graduate of doctoral studies at the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism in Bucharest. Working as architect or project manager, Sebastian was involved in work on the Bucharest National Theater, the Royal Palace or the lecture hall of the Polytechnic University. He also worked on the construction of the FedEx warehouses in Otopeni and the Mercure Bucharest Unirii hotel.
He joined the Project Management Group team in October 2018, and currently leads its Romanian branch. Sebastian is actively involved in scientific research and participates in works on experimental archaeology and on the use of ground-penetrating radars in civil engineering. During his free time, he likes to experiment with designing cars.

Linas Žilionis

Linas Žilionis
Graduate of the Construction Engineering and Management at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Linas has over 10 years of experience managing complex and challenging real estate projects in Eastern Europe for a number of clients – Decathlon, FedEx, Accor, REWE Group. He is responsible for detailed project planning and implementation, design coordination, project budgeting, tendering, construction works coordination and supervision, quality control, project timeline tracking, progress reporting, advising the clients on a project related issues and ensuring its technical requirements are implemented.
