THE TEAM – OUR GREATEST STRENGTH
Different experiences – shared values. This combination builds a well-integrated team, ready and willing to support our partners in all kinds of projects.
For over 20 years he has managed investment projects in large international corporations. In 2016, he started building the Project Management brand, embodying the values he considers crucial: the highest organizational standards and continuous development. Aside from his knowledge and experience, Andrzej brings into the company the atmosphere of partnership, mutual inspiration and friendly relations. He strives to take a bird’s eye view of every issue – after all, he is an aviation aficionado: a pilot with PPL(A) license, a third-class glider pilot and aviation instructor, holding the FI(A) license.
The numerous projects led by Marcin included the construction of office complex Varso Place in Warsaw, with Europe's tallest skyscraper, as well as of the new building of the Arctowski Polish Antarctic Station. If one day he decides to visit the Station and bring his family along, certainly his analytical thinking skills and exceptional problem-solving ability would be useful.
She has been building the PM Predevelopment department since 2019. As project manager, she uses her strong skills in team management and effective process coordination, which are especially relevant during the preparatory phase of construction projects.
Kaja values activity and extraordinary challenges – she can easily organize and lead a six-month expedition to South America, or take her husband and children on an off-road rally. As participants, obviously.
Miłosz has 10 years of experience in architectural design and construction supervision. He is a valuable team leader and project manager at every level of the construction process.
He was involved, among others, in coordination of execution design and construction works of Złota 44 in Warsaw – the highest residential skyscraper in European Union, construction management of The Emiri Tribune for the Qatar National Day and design of vibroacoustical solutions for Warsaw Spire.
He has worked for more than 20 years in the positions of lead discipline engineer, project manager or building control inspector. His experience includes such varied projects as manufacturing plants (Michelin Olsztyn), office and retail complexes (Golden Terraces in Warsaw), hotels (Ibis Styles), logistics and warehouse complexes (including a warehouse of 104 thousand square meters located in Adamów), or sports facilities (the National Stadium in Warsaw). He can also easily lead the construction or renovation of a castle. As Paweł is a history buff, especially fond of the Middle Ages, he would certainly approach such project with both knowledge and passion.
He has over 20 years of experience as design engineer, lead designer, project manager, client agent and general contractor.
From the very start of his career, Andrzej specialized in large-surface commercial facilities, industrial and office buildings.
He gained professional experience in large, renowned architecture firms in Poland, Ireland, Germany, Sweden and Cyprus.
For several years now, he has been managing a team of experienced architects, multi-disciplinary designers, inspectors and subcontractors of construction works. The team draws its strength from the many years of cooperation, trust and from the reliability, integrity and transparency of relations with clients.
After graduating from the Bialystok University of Technology, he got involved in the development of his family architecture firm, which had been operating for 30 years. For a long time, he led the team of structural engineers, and for the past 15 years he has dealt mostly with management of projects and development. He has completed projects for such clients as Panattoni, Auchan, PKN Orlen or Fabryki Mebli Forte.
He holds several licenses, including professional engineering licenses in civil engineering and in construction of roads, bridges, marine hydrotechnical structures, as well as road designer license. He has successfully managed numerous demanding construction projects, from warehouses, supermarkets, fuel and service stations, through hospitals and restaurants, to office buildings and luxury hotels.
He joined the Project Management Group team in October 2018, and currently leads its Romanian branch. Sebastian is actively involved in scientific research and participates in works on experimental archaeology and on the use of ground-penetrating radars in civil engineering. During his free time, he likes to experiment with designing cars.
