Andrzej Przesmycki

Andrzej Przesmycki

The founder and CEO of Project Management Group. Andrzej is an engineer, holder of diplomas from the Civil Engineering Faculty in Olsztyn, the Warsaw-based Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Marketingu (College of Management and Marketing) and the Szkoła Wyższa Służby Pożarniczej (Main School of Fire Service).
For over 20 years he has managed investment projects in large international corporations. In 2016, he started building the Project Management brand, embodying the values he considers crucial: the highest organizational standards and continuous development. Aside from his knowledge and experience, Andrzej brings into the company the atmosphere of partnership, mutual inspiration and friendly relations. He strives to take a bird’s eye view of every issue – after all, he is an aviation aficionado: a pilot with PPL(A) license, a third-class glider pilot and aviation instructor, holding the FI(A) license.

Marcin Sokołowski

Head of PM Project Management

Marcin Sokołowski

Engineer, graduate of the Civil Engineering Faculty of the University of Opole. Having gained more than 10 years of professional experience as designer and site engineer, in 2016 he joined the new Project Management team.
The numerous projects led by Marcin included the construction of office complex Varso Place in Warsaw, with Europe's tallest skyscraper, as well as of the new building of the Arctowski Polish Antarctic Station. If one day he decides to visit the Station and bring his family along, certainly his analytical thinking skills and exceptional problem-solving ability would be useful.

Kaja Sawicka

Head of PM Predevelopment

Kaja Sawicka

Graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. She specialized in environment protection and gained her professional experience in large companies operating in the waste management sector.
She has been building the PM Predevelopment department since 2019. As project manager, she uses her strong skills in team management and effective process coordination, which are especially relevant during the preparatory phase of construction projects.
Kaja values activity and extraordinary challenges – she can easily organize and lead a six-month expedition to South America, or take her husband and children on an off-road rally. As participants, obviously.

Marcin Sokołowski

Head of PM Infrastructure

Marcin Sokołowski

Engineer, graduate of the Civil Engineering Faculty of the University of Opole. Having gained more than 10 years of professional experience as designer and site engineer, in 2016 he joined the new Project Management team.
The numerous projects led by Marcin included the construction of office complex Varso Place in Warsaw, with Europe's tallest skyscraper, as well as of the new building of the Arctowski Polish Antarctic Station. Michał Birecki

Head of PM Architecture

Michał Birecki

Architect, graduate of the Łódź University of Technology. Michał has practiced his profession for over two decades. Since 2010 he holds also an unlimited professional engineer license. At Project Management since 2018, he ensures project management services.
An engineer to the core, and a passionate manager. He has completed hundreds of designs and executed projects, ranging from small structures, single-family houses through public buildings up to large housing estates or warehouse complexes. He has led dozens of projects from the concept phase to supervising their execution. Michał is intensely focused on details, always looks for the optimum solution and specializes in difficult projects.
He is a perfect example of a man for whom his work is also his passion. At work, he creates architecture and during his time off, he admires it during travels.

Piotr Szaciło

Head of PM Structure Design

Piotr Szaciło

Civil engineer with many years of experience as supervision inspector, site coordinator, project engineer and chief designer, as well as administrator of construction processes carried out by Polish and foreign companies.
After graduating from the Bialystok University of Technology, he got involved in the development of his family architecture firm, which had been operating for 30 years. For a long time, he led the team of structural engineers, and for the past 15 years he has dealt mostly with management of projects and development. He has completed projects for such clients as Panattoni, Auchan, PKN Orlen or Fabryki Mebli Forte.

Mariusz Tymoszewicz

Head of PM Fire Safety

Mariusz Tymoszewicz

Graduate of the Main School of Fire Service and of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Holds a M.Sc. in civil engineering and since 2011 the license of fire risk surveyor. As an experienced expert, he offers the clients professional consulting services, from the design phase, through execution and operation.
Mariusz is constantly developing his competences, not only through participation in numerous conferences and trainings. He is still an active member of the State Fire Service, which enables him to share with his Clients the most up-to-date theoretical and hands-on knowledge on fire prevention and protection.

Paweł Jedliński

Head of PM Construction Supervision

Paweł Jedliński

Engineer, graduate of the Civil Engineering Department of the Kielce University of Technology. He holds an unlimited professional building license, and the mandatory practical experience required of a person leading the renovation, or performing owner’s engineer services for renovation works carried out on historical buildings.
He has worked for more than 20 years in the positions of lead discipline engineer, project manager or building control inspector. His experience includes such varied projects as manufacturing plants (Michelin Olsztyn), office and retail complexes (Golden Terraces in Warsaw), hotels (Ibis Styles), logistics and warehouse complexes (including a warehouse of 104 thousand square meters located in Adamów), or sports facilities (the National Stadium in Warsaw). He can also easily lead the construction or renovation of a castle. As Paweł is a history buff, especially fond of the Middle Ages, he would certainly approach such project with both knowledge and passion.

Wioletta Fabrycka

Wioletta Fabrycka

For almost 20 years, Wioletta has worked in the construction sector as specialist in the areas of marketing, commerce, development and public relations. She holds a M.A. in Romance languages, has also graduated from the Faculty of Management of the Warsaw School of Economics, where the studies have been organized in cooperation with the renowned École des hautes études commerciales de Paris.
As the organizer, speaker or trainer, Wioletta actively engages in the promotion of sustainable construction and circular economy. She is a member of several professional associations and a visiting professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Since 2018, Wioletta is the co-creator of the PR policy of Project Management Group, and is responsible for the development of the PM Academy Project, where her passion for continuous development and inspiring meetings with interesting people prove infectious for others.

Julia Kwiatkowska

Office Manager

Julia Kwiatkowska

A specialist in administration, she has gained experience in companies of the construction sector and in law firms. She is a graduate of the Chiltern Hills Academy in Chesham and of the Tourism and Foreign Languages Academy in Warsaw.
At the Project Management Group, she is responsible for running the administration department and recruitment processes. She is exceptionally effective in her work. Gradually, she takes up the running of projects as an independent PMO.
Our team and our Clients can rely on Julia. She has perfected multi-tasking, coordination and balance not only at work, but also during her favourite pastime, which is freestyle rollerblading.

Andrzej Jędruszek

Architectural engineer, graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.
He has over 20 years of experience as design engineer, lead designer, project manager, client agent and general contractor.
From the very start of his career, Andrzej specialized in large-surface commercial facilities, industrial and office buildings.
He gained professional experience in large, renowned architecture firms in Poland, Ireland, Germany, Sweden and Cyprus.
For several years now, he has been managing a team of experienced architects, multi-disciplinary designers, inspectors and subcontractors of construction works. The team draws its strength from the many years of cooperation, trust and from the reliability, integrity and transparency of relations with clients.

Katarzyna Zagożdżon

Katarzyna Zagożdżon

Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Poznan University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Project Management, leading to the IPMA certificate. She holds licenses in structural engineering in construction, allowing her both to manage construction works, and to design.
Katarzyna participated in the construction of the LNG terminal in Swinoujscie, first as site engineer and later as lead discipline engineer. She has also gained experience in overall coordination of the construction process, working in renowned construction companies. She is currently the leader of the Poznan branch of Project Management Group.

Rafał Miksa

Rafał Miksa

Graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He has been handling various construction projects for over 20 years, acting as project engineer, client representative, designer, coordinator or project manager.
He holds several licenses, including professional engineering licenses in civil engineering and in construction of roads, bridges, marine hydrotechnical structures, as well as road designer license. He has successfully managed numerous demanding construction projects, from warehouses, supermarkets, fuel and service stations, through hospitals and restaurants, to office buildings and luxury hotels.

Pavel Klimasevski

Pavel Klimasevski

Graduate of the Faculty of Management and Property Appraisal at the Vilniaus Gedimino Technikos Universitetas. He commenced his professional career over 20 years ago as property surveyor in a brokerage firm, and subsequently worked as developers’ representative managing investment projects.
Later on, he managed significant property portfolios, which included scouting for appropriate properties for purchase. He has also carried out numerous investment projects, acting as client representative, performing construction supervision, and also leading tenders and due diligence analyses.
Pavel leads the Lithuanian branch of Project Management Group, where he not only coordinates current projects, but also assists the team in the search for new market niches and for partners interested in our services in Lithuania, the Baltic states and in Eastern Europe.

Sebastian Stan

Head of Romania Office

Sebastian Stan

Architectural engineer, graduate of doctoral studies at the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism in Bucharest. Working as architect or project manager, Sebastian was involved in work on the Bucharest National Theater, the Royal Palace or the lecture hall of the Polytechnic University. He also worked on the construction of the FedEx warehouses in Otopeni and the Mercure Bucharest Unirii hotel.
He joined the Project Management Group team in October 2018, and currently leads its Romanian branch. Sebastian is actively involved in scientific research and participates in works on experimental archaeology and on the use of ground-penetrating radars in civil engineering. During his free time, he likes to experiment with designing cars.
